The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is not far from the park and close to downtown. You can easily reach Balboa Park and explore everything it has to offer. Additionally, it is conveniently located close to everything you need.

The plumbing in the building can be a bit finicky at times, with sensitive toilets and broken fixtures in the kitchen sink. However, the staff does their best to address these issues given the high turnover of guests.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel called Ith Colive Balboa Park for 8 nights, and it was the best hostel experience ever! The atmosphere was great, with a welcoming vibe and a diverse mix of individuals. The property was exceptionally clean, and the bathrooms were cleaned twice a day. There were cool activities to participate in, and it was very easy to meet and socialize with others. Plus, the fact that they offered free breakfast AND dinner was a big plus. The staff was friendly and available, and the location was fantastic, close to convenience stores, restaurants, and bus stops. I would definitely recommend this place!
